Redacted “evidence” included. I know many of you probably wonder why I feel the need to “prove” my story with supporting evidence. It’s because of a lifetime of not being believed unless it’s provided (and sometimes, not even then). If you reference Jack’s APS letter in Supporting Documents, you will see my own husband thought my stories were outlandish when we first dated until my sisters corroborated the details. I imagine other Filicide Survivors may feel they have to prove their trauma too, which is another reason I feel this should be studied. This is a portion, but I could provide hundreds, maybe thousands, of documents highlighting these behaviors.
